RWC has been in the new home warranty business for over 35 years and has issued warranties on over 3 million homes. Home warranties issued by RWC are insured by Western Pacific Mutual Insurance Company, a company that is rated “A- (Excellent)” by A.M Best continuously since 2001.
Your 10 year structural coverage from RWC will not only provide you with the peace of mind and protection that you deserve with your new home, in the event that you sell your home within the first 10 years, your warranty is also transferable to a new owner – helping you with resale value!
