Brandl Anderson Building Process

Your Home is Only 8 Simple Steps Away

Have you thought about building your dream home just to stop because it all seems overwhelming?

Most people never build a new home, not because they don’t want to, but because they don’t know how.

Truth is, building a home isn’t very complicated at all (especially if you’re not the one swinging the hammers). Brandl Anderson has built thousands of homes, and we’ve got the custom home building process down to a simple, step-by-step program that everyone can understand.

1.  Purchase Agreement

The process begins when you visit one of our models and tour a community with one of our New Home Sales Consultants, who will assist you with your home purchase. We will work with you to select the right home site and floor plan to meet your needs and review the available options and upgrades. Once you have made these decisions you will sign your purchase agreement.

2.  Plan Review Meeting

You will meet with your Brandl/Anderson New Home Sales Consultant to review your blueprints and confirm all options that were added in the purchase agreement are correctly noted on the plans and finalize decisions regarding electrical, flooring and cabinetry.

You will have the opportunity to work with our Interior Designer to select the colors and finishes for the exterior and interior of your home.

4.  Pre-Dig Meeting

At this meeting, you will meet with your New Homes Sales Consultant and your Project Manager to discuss the building process, review the lot survey, review your final home blueprints and we will answer any questions that you may have.

5.  Pre-Drywall Meeting

At this meeting, you will meet with your Project Manager to walk through your framed home to view your home prior to drywall installation. You will be reviewing the framing, roofing, mechanical rough-ins and verifying your electrical and low voltage locations.

6.  Quality Walk-Through

Our Warranty Team will complete a thorough home orientation and quality assurance walk-through with you.

7. Final Home Acceptance

You will meet briefly with the Project Manager on the day before or morning of your closing to confirm all items noted during your Quality Walk Through have been completed.

8. Closing on Your Home

This meeting will take place at the title company where you will sign the closing documents and receive the keys for your new home!

Brandl Anderson's New Home Sales Consultants are certified Real Estate Salespeople with years of new construction home sales experience and are happy to walk you through the entire home building process - in just 8 easy steps!!
